Who we are
Koda Safety is a consulting-first safety firm serving small and mid-size businesses across the Texas Coastal Bend. Our senior safety consultant brings more than 30 years of hands-on safety experience in South Texas industry.
Most operations in this region sit in an awkward middle. Too large to ignore OSHA obligations, too small to justify a full-time safety director. So the work lands on an owner, a foreman, or an office manager who already has a job. It gets done when there is time, which is never. That is where citations, incidents, and failed prequalifications come from.
