This policy describes how this website works today and how Koda Safety handles information you choose to share.

What this website collects

This website does not currently have an online form and does not load analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking tools.

Your browser and Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider, process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site. That information can include an IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. Koda Safety does not receive an advertising profile or visitor-level analytics report from this website.

Cookies and local storage

Optional cookies and optional scripts are blocked by default. The privacy control offers equally available choices to accept or decline them. Declining keeps optional scripts blocked and removes first-party cookies that browser code is allowed to remove. The site remains usable either way.

This site currently has no optional analytics or advertising service configured, so accepting optional cookies does not start tracking. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage so the site can remember it. That preference is used only for privacy control and is not sent to Koda Safety. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as a decision to decline optional cookies.

Strictly necessary processing used by Cloudflare for site delivery, availability, fraud prevention, or security may operate without optional-cookie consent. Browser code cannot remove cookies that are protected from JavaScript or belong to another domain.

When you contact us

If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to tell us. That typically includes your name, company, contact details, and a description of what you need help with. We use that information to respond and determine whether our services fit your situation.

We store business contact details in our customer relationship management system so we can keep track of conversations. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with unrelated third parties, marketing lists, or data brokers.

Please do not send sensitive information

Do not send employee medical records, personal health information, injury or incident reports, or confidential regulatory correspondence by ordinary email or through this website. If your situation involves any of that, call us and we will arrange an appropriate way to handle it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as there is a business relationship or a realistic prospect of one, and for as long as ordinary business recordkeeping requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email matkinson@kodasafety.com or call (361) 600-8186. There is no particular form or wording required.

If we send you a marketing email and you no longer want them, tell us or use the unsubscribe link in the message. We will stop.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect information you give us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Before an online consultation form or any optional analytics tool is added, this policy and the privacy control must be updated to describe what it collects, why it is used, and where the information goes.

Koda Safety is the client-facing brand of Fireline Group LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Fireline Group LLC is the contracting party and the entity responsible for information you share with us.

Training certificates or cards are offered only where Koda Safety and its instructors hold the required current authorization.
